Operations Manager
Daniel specialises in project delivery, from initial enquiry and surveying through to final handover. He coordinates multiple teams and ensures every project is completed on time and within the agreed budget. As a contract manager is also responsible for client communication, progress reporting, and resolving any on-site issues quickly. Dan ensures that installations meet the required certification and fire safety standards.

Richard focuses on planning and supervising projects, ensuring consistent quality on every site. He reviews drawings and specifications, prepares risk assessments, completes surveys and makes sure all works comply with current regulations and manufacturer detail sheets.
