- Enquiry information– when you email, phone, use a form on this website or book a call: your name, email address, telephone number, company name, project details and anything else you choose to tell us.
- Business contact information– details of clients, suppliers and other contacts that we hold while quoting for and delivering projects.
- Technical information– your IP address and basic request data, processed by our hosting provider to deliver the website securely.
This website does not run analytics or advertising trackers. We do not knowingly collect information from children, and we do not collect special category data through this website.

We only share personal information with organisations that help us run the website and our business, and only as far as needed:
- Vercel– our website hosting provider.
- Resend– delivers the messages you send through our website forms to our inbox.
- Google and YouTube– only if you press Load map or play a video. They then receive your IP address and browser details under their own privacy policies.
- Professional advisers, insurers, and regulators or law enforcement where we are legally required to.
5. International transfers
Some of these providers are based in, or process data in, the United States or elsewhere outside the UK. Where this happens we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or adequacy arrangements provided by those companies.
6. How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not lead to a contract: up to 2 years, then deleted.
- Client and supplier records and project documents: as long as needed to deliver the work, plus the period required by law or for insurance and warranty purposes (typically 6 years, and longer where project documentation must be retained for building-safety compliance).
7. Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to be informed about how we use your data, to access a copy of it, to have inaccurate data corrected, to have data erased in certain cases, to restrict or object to our processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time where we rely on it.
