60 London Wall A complete is a rework of a postmodern office building situated at the heart of the traditional prime core of the City of London occupying a prominent 1.3-acre corner site fronting London Wall to the north and Copthall Avenue to the west. The building has been refurbished, reconfigured, reinvented and repositioned . The aim was to strip the building back to the frame and to re-core it to provide efficient high quality modern workplace accommodation.

51 Moorgate is a modern, sustainable and healthy workplace where people and businesses can thrive. It was an office building redevelopment project in the City of London EC2, which was completed in 2019. The building offers eight floors of office space and ground-floor retail opportunities. Skanska, a company that is occupying three office floors, added an extra floor and to maximize the existing floor plates.

Royal Papworth is one of the world’s leading cardiothoracic hospitals and the UK’s main heart and lung transplant centre. It is the country’s largest cardiothoracic transplant centre, having carried out more heart and lung transplants in 2018/19 than any other hospital. In the new building of the hospital fire safety standards had to be met and have been applied without requiring changes to the exterior or interior design of the building.

In 2018/2019 the station had been upgraded in which KFP Limited took part of.

The Tottenham Hotspur Stadium is the home of Tottenham Hotspur in north London, replacing the club’s previous stadium, White Hart Lane. It is the third-largest stadium in England and the largest club stadium in London. The construction of the stadium was initiated as the centrepiece of the Northumberland Development Project, intended to be the catalyst for a 20-year regeneration plan for Tottenham. KFP Limited took a big part in the project and was very successful in covering every aspect of the passive and active fire protection market.

The Royal London is a leading, internationally renowned teaching hospital based in east London. It is part of Barts Health NHS Trust. For many decades it had an life-changing impact on its patients. Amid the continuing concerns about potential faulty cladding on buildings Royal London Hospital took a belt and braced approach to fire safety in 2017/2018. Due to its well formed knowledge, KFP Limited took part during the refurbishment.

Located in Hackney, Ivy House is located directly next to the Manor House tube on Seven Sisters road in Islington. This is the heart of a regeneration scheme which has seen significant investment in the neighbourhood and several new residential developments in addition to shops, hotels and St Ann’s Hospital. By keeping a high popularity among tourists the hotel underwent a renovation by employing KFP Limited to install its passive fire protection.
